Where is my Order?

Made-to-Order sticks take between 40 and 90 days depending on factory queue length.

When a Made-to-Order stick is purchased, that order waits in the factory queue and will be made to your specs, specifically for you. Once the stick is manufactured, it is shipped to us. Once we receive it, it will be delivered or shipped to you within a few days.

 Current Estimated Fullfilment Date Ranges:

• December 7th - Order numbers 1296 through 1318
• December 23rd -  Order numbers 1319 through 1341
• January - Order numbers 1342 through 1424
